💖 Booking Policy – Spoiled & Co. We’re thrilled you’re interested in hosting a luxury spa party with Spoiled & Co.! Please read the following booking terms carefully: 📦 Package Pricing All pricing is based on your selected spa party package and any add-ons. Packages are custom-priced to reflect a luxury experience and include travel within 15 miles, setup, and high-end service delivery. A $50 setup fee is applied to every booking. Additional travel fees apply for parties located 16–30 miles from West Des Moines, IA. 🔐 Booking & Deposit To reserve your party date, a $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Your event is not secured on our calendar until this deposit is received. The deposit goes toward your total balance. Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled party. 💳 How to Pay We accept payments via: Credit/debit card (secure online payment link) Venmo or Cash App (provided upon booking) Business invoice (by request) A receipt will be emailed upon confirmation of all payments. 💸 Refund & Rescheduling Policy Due to the custom nature of our events and prep time required, Spoiled & Co. maintains the following policy: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we allow one complimentary date change with at least 7 days’ notice and based on availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, and the full balance will be forfeited. In case of inclement weather or emergencies, we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduled date within 60 days.
